“Le Clos de la Garde” …

… is a complex of several buildings from the 18th century in which the farm workers of the great land owners and noble men lived.

Starting from a swale, a number of cellars were dug out with the purpose of quarrying the soft tuff stone with which the buildings were erected.

One part of the 3000 sqm ground is covered with acacias and lime trees, the large meadow is surrounded by fruit trees and berry bushes and the vegetable garden and the new herb garden provide organic Food –guaranteed free from chemicals.
